It's So Pretty (Not!)!

When snow falls, I almost always hear someone say, "It's so pretty!" What's so pretty about it? It just turns everything white. Why is everything turned white so pretty? There's not color there, just plain white. Personally, I like the colors of spring, summer, and even the foliage of fall to the grey and blandness of winter.
